The dining table seats up to 6 comfortably. In this room there is also access to the storage cupboard where the garden furniture and hammock can be found.

The well-equipped kitchen and dining room was designed with cooking and socializing in mind.The external door leads onto the front garden's lawn with picnic table for meals which spill out of doors.

The kitchen's facilities include an electric cooker, a dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge freezer, a microwave oven and a toaster.

A booster seat (suitable for a toddler) and a clip-on highchair (suitable for a baby) is available for use in the kitchen.
