The dining table seats up to 6 comfortably. In this room there is also access to the storage cupboard where the garden furniture and hammock can be found.

The well-equipped kitchen and dining room was designed with cooking and socializing in mind.The external door leads onto the front garden's lawn with a picnic table outside for meals which spill out of doors.

The kitchen's facilities include an electric cooker with ceramic hob, a dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge freezer, a magimix, microwave oven, breadmaker and a toaster.

A booster seat (suitable for a toddler) and a clip-on highchair (suitable for a baby) is available for use in the kitchen.
